Hospitality Training Institute was founded in 2002 as a response to a permanently unsatisfactory level of customer orientation, hospitality and guest care in the Czech hotel and tourism industry. From the very beginning we have realized our activities through targeted training and advisory for SMEs and through partnership in national and international educational projects and international profession networks.

Over time we increased the scope of our activities to the support and development of sustainable tourism in rural regions, to the preservation, protection and renewal of regional culinary heritage and traditions, and to the support and development of regional and local food production and its use in local gastronomy.

Hospitality Training Institute is a non-profit association of independent experts operating in Hospitality & Tourism Industry, both in the field of human resources development & training and in hotel and restaurant operation.

During the years, our institute has developed a wide international network of individuals, bodies and organisations with similar aims and goals and became a renowned and respected organisation in the field of its activities.
